Water heater replacement 8/2/2010

The water heater sprung a leak at a house I own in Colorado Springs. The house is up for sale so I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Roto-Rooter made an appointment immediately and came to the house on time. They had two employees replace the water heater in a couple of hours a little under their estimated price. The repair men were courteous and professional. From the looks of it, they did a great job. more

Danny was a top notch plumber in Colorado Springs. He responded quickly, outlined the options (and approx cost). He started working right away and replaced our broken sewage extractor pump with a new high-quality model. He was friendly, professional and pleasant. Danny responded quickly the morning we reported our sewer line back up. He outlined the options, got right to work and replaced our sewer extaction pump with a new high-quality product...the drains were flowing in no time. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/27/10 7/27/2010

Today the plumber Danny came to fix a very clogged pipe in our kitchen. He was upfront and honest that he could not work on the appliances if that was the problem. Since that was not the problem, he went straight to work and was finished in less than 30 minutes. He even gave me some tips of how to fix the problem on my own the next time!! The Colorado Springs Roto-Rooter is professional and friendly with excellent service! more

Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job of responding to my plumbing problem on a weekend and did not charge me a higher weekend fee. Jeremiah was extremely courteous and was able to solve the problem. He took the time to make doubly sure everything was in working order before he left. The fee was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this firm. more

Clogged shower drain 7/8/2010

This morning Bill, the Roto-Rooter man, came to help with a clogged shower drain. He was friendly and courteous plus he reminded me that coupons for discounted services are available on line. That helped save us $$$ for other home improvements.\r \r Bill also let me know that there might be something amiss in the main drain-tree roots probably. No hard sell- just making sure that we are aware so we can take care of it before it becomes and emergency. I've been through a backed up line before it I do not want to go there again!\r \r I appreciate the good service and I'll call Roto-Rooter anytime. Thanks! Pros: Friendly and helpful more

Jeremiah and Danny Cook 7/8/2010

I've had service techs from Roto-Rooter twice in the past 5 weeks. The pilot light on my hot water heater went out on Memorial Day weekend. I scheduled an appt online for Sunday because RR advertises that they do not charge extra for weekends or holidays. Jeremiah came and relit the pilot light and did not even charge me. He made no commission on me that day. Danny Cook came to connect a new sink and faucet. He discovered that the drain baskets I bought would not work. I followed him to a plumbing supply company to purchase new ones. Then he came back to my house and completed the project, way past 5:00 PM. He was friendly and very helpful and went beyond what I would ever have expected. more

The Roto-Rooters plumber service in Colorado Springs, CO is the best around. I called late in the day thinking I would be scheduling a service for later in the week, and they came 2 hours later! They are friendly on the phone and have a quick response time. The technician Danny provided a great attitude, great service, and was respectful towards the house. Called out Roto-Rooter to unclog a plugged sewer line. The service man was prompt, courteous and looked professional in his apprearance. I was trying to fix a leaky tub spout and somehow managed to break a pipe in the wall. I shut the main water to the house off. It was Sunday evening and I was expecting to pay through the nose. I saw Roto-Rooters ad for same price on weekends. Dave arrived in less than 30 minutes and worked late into the night fixing our problem. I was impressed by his work (1 year guarantee) and the reasonable rates; we were able to have running water that night. Roto-Rooter saved the day! Pros: Excellent Service more

Don't use Roto-Rooter! 10/5/2009

I called them out to snake my line. Their snake got stuck. Called in excavation manager , he used a camera in the line and then told us the line was broken and it would be $4500 to fix. They proceeded to dig up our yard to get to the line and then they tell us it is not broken it was stuck in a root but that it is still our responsibility to pay the $4500. We only agreed to them digging because we were told the main line was broken! Cons: unprofessional more

Pricey but friendly 9/7/2009

Both employees that I dealt with today were friendly, helpful and most of all empathatic. After all, I had to spend $4700 today to fix my sewere line! Very pricey, however I feel safe knowing that the were going to get it done on a holiday at no extra charge plus I will have a warrantly on the work.
