They responded to our call so quickly and promised a service person would arrive in under 1 hour. Shortly there after, we were called again to let us know a technician was on his way. The plumber assigned to us found the issue, cleared the blockage and even gave us some great suggestions to avoid future problems. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter the next time we need a plumber!
Pros: They knew exactly how to fix our problem.
Cons: Fee was a bit high--but it was a Saturday night.
