I was sent a letter by Mr. Summerour at the request of my wife-exwife in an effort to resolve an undisputed divorce. My wife-exwife have been separated for over 10 years and the divorce and its associated agreements have been in place for that long. Instead of merely asking me to sign the appropriate papers Mr. Summerour threatened to "serve" me if i did not sign the papers within one week. In addition he had many facts regarding the situation incorrect. In a subsequent communication from Mr. Summerour, in response to my admittedly rude (but accurate) description of his first communication he neglected my previous communication. He is unprofessional in every way including grammatical errors and lack of knowledge of the issues.
