Great service from people who care! 11/5/2011

We had Mike Romano, one of the techs, check out our television. It was time to replace it and he answered some question regarding HD, brands etc. The next day we shopped a big box store then went to Romano's. Rick Romano showed us several set that would work in our situation. We wanted in time for the football game, Rick and Mike made that happen! They delivered, set it up, and hauled away the old set in time for the game! more

Great appliance service! 10/12/2011

I called around and could find anyone to reair my vent hood until I called Romano's. They came out replaced the motor and even repaired the duct work! I'll be a customer of their's for life. more

PRICE, SERVICE & INNSTALLATION 4/30/2011

I purchased a new dishwasher from Romano's about 10 years ago to replace the builders model. Now, it was time to replace the old washer, dryer, and refridge. Commuting between the east coast and Scottsdale leaves me little time to hassle with big box stores. True to form, Romano's was close in price to all competitors and delivered as promised. more

Takes advantage of customers 4/13/2011

Horrifying non-existant customer service. Buy from here at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, you are on your own. When we attempted to return a defective product after 7 attempts at repair, the owner called the police rather than listen to any of our ideas on how to resolve the problem. The police sided with us by the way and were a delight to deal with -even offered to come over to wash the dishes for us! Hahaha! The police suggested that we report them to the BBB. more
