@ Mike T, that screams more of your insurance company and their adjuster than the actual body shop- In my experience, shops can only do what the insurance company allows them to do unless they can prove it is from the claim. typically engines are not damaged from a collision, and if they are, the damages are obvious. I am not sure if Rocky Mountain Collision employs a mechanic on site or if they take their mechanic work to a seperate shop, which is very common practice in the industry, but it seems you are being a bit harsh on a company that has only done me good over the last 10 or so years. The staff there are super friendly and on spot, they repair a lot of work for free as a favor and even take me to work and take my car to me when it is all done! I hope you work closely with them and see the real issue lies with your insurance company and not the shop more

Absolutely terrible service! My car was in an accident and was send to this body shop by my insurance. I WILL NEVER RECCOMMED THAT ANYONE GO HERE WILLINGLY. the adjuster lied about the condition of the engine after the accident to make sure that they could to the body work (totaling just under $11,000 of work.) I have had my car into an actual mechanic to solve the problem and now the insurance company is paying out even more! these people are scam artists at best. DONT LET THEM GET YOUR VEHICLE!!! more

I was extremely happy with the service that I got. The work was great. I got there and they had the car rental company pick me up. It is such a big operation that there are usually 4 or 5 people waiting for a car rental with you. When I picked up my truck from them, they just told me i could leave the car rental there. The paint job and body work that they did was extremely good. They guarantee their work. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed some body work done. Pros: Great Service, Great Work Cons: Could have done a better job at keeping me informed of time it would be done more

They were awesome! My repairs were done on time and the paint matched perfectly. Their estimate was very thorough and I have had no problems with my vehicle that resulted from the accident. From the second I stepped foot in their office to the day I picked up my ""baby"", I was treated with respect. I wasn't a customer to them, I was a ""guest"" as they always referred to me as. If I am ever in the unfortunate position of being in an accident again, I will definitely bring it there. Very Impressed. 10 stars out of 5!!!
