Outstanding 9/4/2012

Just before Labor Day, the rear of my new Lexus hit a rock, and a portion of the bumper assembly was damaged. I brought it in to Rockville Auto Body expecting an estimate of hundreds of $$, with me needing to return and get a car rental. Instead, I was driven by Bruce the owner to an appointment. When I returned two hours later, the RAB technicians had salvaged the damaged parts and refastened the bumper assembly, all for $88. Astounding. No matter the size of the problem, I won't even think about going anywhere else next time. more

Amazing work! 9/1/2012

I am so impressed with the work Rockville Auto Body did on my vehicle. They made my car look better than the day I purchased it (new from the Nissan dealership). The detail that went into repairing my car is superior wow! Thanks Rockville Auto Body! more

2005 GMC Envoy with Front End Damage 12/14/2011

By far the best auto body shop -- bar none! Massive (in my opinion)front end damage was repaired and looks better than it did before the accident. If you want quality workmanship, attention to detail, with a heaping dose of outstanding customer service - look no further! Thank you all so much for everything. I could not be happier! more

The '06 Honda Accord front damage to the bumper, grille & hood was repaired so well that it showed no signs of being in an accident. This was another case of excellent repair and reason why we and our children take our cars to Mike Blatzheim at Rockville Auto Repait. more

Artisan 10/5/2011

Artisan. Craftmanship. Customer Service. I searched high and low and found them at Rockville Auto Body. I took my 2010 Prius with front end damage from a collision with deer and back end damage from a SUV driven by a teenager to Mike. He talked to the adjusters from Erie and USAA. I have to admit I was apprehensive. Will it ever be right because of the damage? Will it make noise or worse ever be safe with my kids in it? He promptly fixed it like new. I have been driving it and it feels just like the day I drove it from the dealer. I believe in Mike and Bruce. You should to. more

Top notch professionas 8/25/2011

I have used the services of this company several times and the are the best in the business as far as I am concerned. They explain what is happening. There more than happy to help in anyway with claims. In days like this it is wonderful to work with true prfessionals. I took one of my cars that they had repaired to Car Max for a trade in price check. They told me that it was the finest repair job thet had ever seen and the car looked like new. High praise from a third party I highly,highly reccomend them more

Took our car to Rockville Auto Body 2X in 2 months 8/22/2011

Rockville Auto Body repaired our car 2 times (June and July). Both times they provided excellent quality work. The second repair was quite extensive and we were concerned that it would not be done in time for our vacation. We were so impressed with the job done and the time frame. Great work. Great shop. Great professionals! more

A highly recommended bodyshop that is the epitome of what a bodyshop should be. From start to finish Bruce, Mike, Liz and the bodyshop crew made the entire experience great and I will continue to share. More than one repair job for my family--Each one a perfect job. 12/8/2010

Sadly, my family has been a sustaining Rockville Auto Body customer for at least 10 years. On the bright side, every vehicle has been "renewed" perfectly. Every piece part fits perfectly. Every paint job blended perfectly. There is NO indication the vehicle has been in an "altercation." In my view, Rockville Auto Body is A-1. more

I find them very professional and very responsive to all my questions. They are very knowledgeable and really know what they are doing. I drive many kids around and I do feel good and safe having them fix my car. I feel my car looks better than ever. I picked up my car and was detailed and smelled great. My car rides like NEW!!! Pleasant, no pressure, car cleaned immaculate, inside and out. 11/8/2010

I have a Lexus, and a neighbor of mine had one and he had some work done at Rockville Auto Body and it looked above average. I went to Rockville, and I've been going ever since, about four years now. I continue to use their service because of their quality of work, honest answers, and lack of pressure. The car's cleaned inside and out whenever I pick it up. My wife also drives a Lexus, and she just had it touched up. When she picked up the car, she was so happy with it because it was like someone went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Everything was immaculate. She's a nurse, and she said it was almost as clean as an operating room. more

Great service and support 10/25/2010

Rockville Auto Body was recommended to me by a family member. Earlier this year, I was in an accident. My car was hit and in bad shape. I had it towed to Rockville Auto Body. Mike called me when both insurance company adjusters came and kept me in the loop. My car ended up being totaled. However, I was very impressed with the level of customer service. When I was hit again later in the year (tough luck!), I sent my car to Rockville Auto Body. Once again, they contacted me with updates about insurance visits and also during the repair process. The repair job was excellent! I can't even tell my car was in an accident. Mike and the Rockville Auto Body crew talked me through the repairs and answered all my questions. They have top notch customer service. I refuse to go to anyone else for car repairs. They are now programmed into my cell. more
