Robert Baum's Auto Repair

Recently had my vehicle repaired (kinda) late June at this shop. The repair man was recommended by my family so I made an appointment and he was very nice to me. When I came to pick up the car the man who said she was his wife was extremely rude to me. I won't post what was said but suffice it to say that she was totally out of line. Anyway, the next day I noticed that my car was making the same noise so I took it to another mechanic near where I live in Mt. Pleasant. He notified me that whoever repaired my car should not be trusted. The vehicle was unsafe to drive and I could have been hurt or worse. Terrible service from this garage. Had to involve an attorney in the long run due to the rudeness and childish behavior from the owners. Had car for two months and started charging holding fees when car was not even done yet. Could not pick up car on the day it was supposedly finished due to death in the family and recieved harrasing phone calls saying they did not care if our famiy died and we should have picked up the car. When I went to pick it up the next day, the car was still not finished. Horrible way to do business. Cons: Rude, Unreliable more
