Took a sick cat there in an emergency, had to leave her overnight, was starting a new job the next day. Called several times during the day to check on her condition, was told I could pick her up later that night. Called when I was about to leave work and told ?they would like to close early that day, could I get there in 15 minutes.? If you work in mid-town and live in Riverdale, you know how long it takes to get up to Riverdale. I rushed up there worried they would be locked up and my poor sick cat would have to spend yet another night in the hospital, only to have to wait 45 minutes to finally get her. Another visit and I was told I had an ?outstanding balance? from a previous visit. I asked how that was possible as I always pay my bill in full when I leave, what, did they tack on charges after I paid? Had to call the next day only to be told it was an error. Why do I think they thought I was some housewife who does not know that I paid my bill? I wonder how many people just pay the extra and never think they are being ripped off. I would not go there even in an emergency ever again.
