Good: This was my first purches at a real dealership. I thought the staff was pleasant. Although I was there for almost 5 hrs and only had about 15 min with the vehicle, most of which Was test driving it. The sales man even put gas in it for me, thanks.. Bad: Well, the first time I lifted the back seat, I found what looks like Carmel covering a sizable area of the carpet. Was told to bring it in and it would be taken care of. But then was told they weren't going to remove it, telling me I must have put it there. The only items ever in it, were two kids ball mitts and a par of cleats. When I told him this I was told I was a liar and it had to be from me. (not his exact words but same Concept) i don't know about you but that's the one thing I can't stand, liar ,. Improvements: It would be nice if they could just make thing rite. I under stand oversites happen. You can't double check all your employees. But the customer should not have to pay for there oversites.They should have to walk a customer though the entire vehicle before a sale. Then there are no surprises down the road.. more

Rick Weaver's mechanics are top notch and very professional. When you take your car there you expect the best from a dealership and to be completely honest with you.. don't mind paying a little higher price to be sure your car is repaired right. The few dollars more you spend, and I do mean only a few, are well worth the caliber of workmanship you receive. They never surprise you with extras, they call you with their end results and they stand by their work. I cannot say enough about their customer service or their craftmanship! I would recommend them in the highest degree! more

My husband and I went in there to look for a used vechile and we got exceptional help. We were immediatly approved for financing by a number of different compaines thanks to the wonderful people in the special financing department. They also were a step ahead and told us exactly what used vehicles we could purchase and still be at the payment we wanted. They never pressured us to spend more than we wanted to. The show room and offices were clean and nice looking and the car selection was great. more
