Richard A. Cardozo has been serving the Central Valley since 1976. Rick received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from C.S.U Stanislaus in 1973 and his J.D from Western State University College of Law in 1976. Rick is a member Of the Stanislaus Bar Association. Rick has a general practice to meet the wide variety of your legal needs or concerns.
