Rent-A-Tire

I have had the displeasure of dealing with these people for many years now, and I have to say they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!! Obviously, these are the people who need to be unemployed, I can think of way too many people who need a job and that would do it a million times better than these people. The Manager of this store Shawanna, or however you spell her name, really shouldn't be in this type of position. She is the rudest of all. Every time I call or go up there to get help with my account, they give me an attitude right off the bat. They don't listen to what you are trying to say, they get loud and talk over you!!! Obviously they do not need business!!!. Therefore, I will tell everyone I know to steer clear. If you even begin to think about going to this establishment, RUN!!! I have never, not once, had a decent experience with these people. more

I got new tires at one location and needed repairs at another location and they treated me terrible not once but 3 times at the same location i kept going back because it was the closes location to my residence and ..because I was not a new comer to there account they did not need my bussiness,(as they all get paid by commision) I really hope this company would train there staff with more customer care!! there always under staff and there customer care have courtesy issues ,but the company good about taking your money weekly,yet terrible to have you solve a problem for what your paying for!bad expierence!!!! more
