The sides were all delicious. I prefer pulled pork and it was very good. Their smoked sausage with mustard was really good, as well. We will be going back. Pros: Music, server was very attentive more

not even worth rating in my opinion 1/16/2009

Bar-b-Que is not supposed to be dry whether it be Memphis or not and a server is supposed to pay attention to the customer(as in taking away the empty plates and making sure the drinks stay filled). Pros: bar-b-que-ranch dressing, the cornbread, and the sausage Cons: everything else more

good deal on BBQ 11/4/2006

I'm on a search for the best ribs in Co. Springs, and unfortunately Red Hot and Blue didn't win. I'd say, not bad for chain ribs--the BBQ sauce was really awesome, but the rib meat was kind of dry and jerky. My wife really liked the sweet potato fries, and all the side dishes were excellent. The service was really good, and overall a great little BBQ chain, but ribs, not what they could be. I would recommend going there, and eating the pulled pork. Pros: good service, great bbq sauce, excellent fries Cons: meat average quality more

Service was very slow; ribs were cold; would not recommend to anyone. Patrons were serviced first and we were seated first. more

The food and service were great and you better come hungery. I went early in the week to avoid the big crowds. Good food for a good price. Pros: Inexpensive, Good serivce more

Great Food. Real Smoke Southern bbq. What an atmosphere. I thought I was on Beale Street in Memphis. For everyone reading this go to Red Hot & Blue.
