Man this place is amazing. There is such a large selection. From the time I walked in the door they had everything i had dreamed of. I had done a lot of shopping around and i was very impressed with my salesmans professionalism. Every spa store i went to bad mouthed rec warehouse so i decided to go there. The salesman never badmouthed anyone, and i asked why he didnt. He simply stated that there are a lot of good spas out there and that they could sell the spa for a lot less b/c they made their spas, there is no markup. For this reason they could offer a great warranty with the tub. They make this special ceramic for their shell that is used for space shuttles. They dont use foam to insulate so there is life time warranties on plumbing, structure, shell, cabinets, and so on. The best part is that i dont have to pay anything for 10 years, whether its parts or fees to come to our house. The closest spa dealer i found was overpriced and came no where close with their warranty. i highly suggest checking this place out.
