To whom it may concern:\r
\r
Efficiency accompanied by courtesy and excellent customer service is a rare combination in today?s work world. The courtesy extended to me by members of your staff during my recent visit to your property on 8501 N 50th Street, Tampa, FL was impressive because of its rarity.\r
\r
Both office personnel provided detailed explanations and personal assistance when needed, such concern is refreshing and should become more widespread.\r
\r
Now for my secondary reason for writing; your property manager which I overheard her name to be Mary Dietsch (District manager) is the most absolute ruddiest, non-professional person that I?ve ever came in contact with.\r
\r
While I was still in the office, one of your current residences came in to discuss the problem with the front gate being inoperable for two mornings, while leaving the property , the resident expressed that it had made her late for work and Mary showed no concern and denigrated the lady in a very condescending manner. I was astounded that she offered no help or resolution to the problem. \r
\r
Although she may be highly competent in her field, I feel that her professionalism and ability to communicate with current and future residents is hindering new residents from considering your property.\r
\r
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.\r
