I rented from Ramshaw Real Estate before buying my first house. They were always courteous, responsive, and ready to help with whatever I needed. I've heard lots of horror stories about property management companies in town, but overall I've heard that Ramshaw is one of the best (for example, I had no trouble getting my security deposit back - which is often problematic with other landlords). IMO, an A+ Business.
