Worst

I went there to get an oil change and a light replaced. They tried to add on a whole bunch of bogus work. Beware. Everyone but Ronny is not crazy.

MINI QUALITY SERVICE 5/1/2010

This is the nice clean repair shop I have visited, all with latest technology to perform the needed repair on my MINI, I got my brakes and oil change, replace all filters and thermostat which was leaking, the estimate was less than MINI Dealer, car was clean and I got free rental car for one day so I didn't loose any day of my work, great place you should see it for yourself. I will be back.. more

Scam Alert 4/25/2010

1st & last time customer. Went in for Check Engine Light and was told I needed over $1000 in service. Quoted $250 for VANOS Solenoid & 4 hours service @ $150/hr. Sourced the solenoid myself for $150 and changed it myself in less than 10 minutes. 4 hours, what a lie! I also got conflicting statements from each of the service people I spoke to about the condition of the car. Don't trust them. more

BMW MINI REPAIR is a fantastic 1/20/2010

BMW MINI REPAIR is a fantastic place to take your BMW.staff are very meticulous in their work and ensure the job is done. All this is accomplished without being pressured into doing things that are not necessary. Staff will inform you of all the things that were noticed and then tells you what needs to be done and what can be done later on. Technician are very knowledgeable and always there to answer questions. I will bring my car always back to BMW MINI REPAIR.? more

VW AUDI Best Repair Shop 11/22/2009

Great experience with VW Repair. My VW warranty recently expired I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had no idea where to go...all I know is that I was never ever returning to Santa Monica VW which used abused and cheated me for 3 years. I called several different places and felt very comfortable with these guys on the phone. They are friendly honest ProfessionalFactory Trained and all the Factory tools and Computer Scannerquick and explain everything. My brakes were fixed in less than 24 hours and my car washed when I picked it up (Santa Monica VW used to return my car dirtier than I left it!. I am very pleased with the reasonable pricing 25 % less than VW dealer. The friendly and quality service I received. Thanks I will be back! more
