Terrible! Rude owner. Poor service. Over-priced hype. RUN FOR THE HILLS. This place is awful! Had never worked out with a personal trainer. Wanted to try it out, and I purchased 4 personal training sessions through Bloomspot promotion: seemed like a nice foray into personal training. Showed up for my first appointment at 6 am, and the trainer had double-booked and neglected to tell me. He claims he didn?t have my contact info, but we?d been emailing and texting to confirm my appointment, so not sure how he?d suddenly lost my contact info! I rescheduled with the owner, Brian, and he was rude. Although I had paid for the Bloomspot, I was told that I wasn?t a ?paying customer?, which is why my session was not prioritized. WOW! Seriously? Not a way to attract and retain new clients, which is what Bloomspot and the others are there to promote--new customers!
