Pump N Pantry

Should get rid of the manager in Tioga and put the Assistant in charge. She is much better and does not try to hide things. she is much better at accepting responsibility for her actions. more

I went to Pump N Pantry and got the chicken wings. They had them at the store, cut fresh off the chicken. Afterwards, I ate the chicken wings and then no one left a message on my facebook page. I spend about $600-$2400 a month at this store, I know that because I just took a wild guess. If they did not have the chicken wings when I went to get the chicken wings, I would understand because sometimes there are just not enough wings on a chicken. Anyways, I told upper management that they did have the chicken wings when I went there and they said they would decide to keep the store open despite running out of chicken wings in the past. They said it was a cold day in history when they ran out of chicken wings but due to the other 99.9% of the stores income they would be able to stay afloat. more

made a comment on my Facebook page that I was dissatisfied that the Pump And Pantry were out of chicken wings. Mind you I never said any store location or used any names other than the Pump And Pantry. I went in this store everyday. Spent 200.00 - 300.00 a month in this store between gas and their grocery and food section. I know that for a fact because I went back through my bank statements to see. Well the manager of this location seen this and posted on my page. saying if I need to talk about the problem come in and see her and or her assistant manager and that she was not going to comment because it would be unprofessional. So I left it as that and posted no need to talk about it, because I was just voicing my complaint that I was dissatisfied. While in the mean time an employee that work at this location decided to post on my wall about how they get busy...blah blah blah....yeah we all know that but this has happened three times now I have ordered then and was told they were out. So I deleted her comment because I had every right to it was my page and I didn't want to hear the bull crap excuses. Because I was a manger of a retail business before and if I kept running out of items my head boss would have jumped in my stuff and I would have been fired had I not corrected the problem. Well before I erased the comment the boss of this location read what the employee wrote and liked the status and then wrote on her employees page that she read what was written and she agreed with her employee and that is why they are called Team Tioga...laughing among them selves like it was funny. So then her employee contacted me and asked me why I took her off my friends list blah...blah...blah and was mad at me for it....,so then I finally just blocked the both of them so they could not contact me. I emailed the corporate office because on their site it has a place to contact the CEO of the company. To this day I have never got a sorry or anything from this company so it just goes to show you how much they really do care. I quit going there after that and I now give my business to other business because this other company must be so rich that they can afford to have dissatisfied customers. more
