My television was 2 years out of warranty and died on us before the first Steeler game. I was prepared to spend $250 to get my TV fixed. I found Pro TV in the Yellow Pages and called to schedule a service call. They offered me an appointment the very next day and arrived promptly. The technician, Nick called the manufacturer from my house and was able to get the repair covered under warranty at no charge to me. What else can you ask for? I highly recommend these guys. more

Pro TV and Audio is Horrible 3/2/2011

Pro TV and Audio Service is horrible. They have been to my apartment four times to fix my LG TV and still haven't fixed it (I have multiple stuck pixels on my TV). They have replaced 4 parts, and this process has been going on for literally 4 months now. more

JERRY RIGGING MY 52 RCA TV. 1/15/2011

these people are absolute LIAR'S , i watched the whole repair being done ,the board had a CRISPY BURNT SPOT THE SIZE OF A DIME/NICKEL ON IT , they used a PAPER CLIP and some SOLDER to BYPASS the BURNT SECTION of the BOARD and there SERVICE TECH. that did the work said THE BOARD WOULD BE REPLACED ,THEY WOULD NEVER LEAVE IT LIKE THAT {EXACT WORDS} as i had stated to him,i hope your not going to leave it that way, SO THESE PEOPLE ARE 100% COMPLETE LIARS ,i will gladly take this TV apart and TAKE A PICTURE OF THIS WHEN THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE contacts me on the complaint that i filed against these LIARS. more
