Well-educated in his training, Dr. Ho has a gentle, considerate bedside manner that should be a model for all doctors. He listens to parent concerns, and takes in into consideration while examining the child.
If there are health problems, he clearly and carefully explains them, as well as outlining all the possible options for how to progress.
His staff is friendly and welcoming, and very willing to work with insurance companies and payment options.
