Wonderful service 6/25/2010

This time purchase was awesome my sales rep "Magic" did all the runnin for me so I didnt have to come down there to waste my time or his and gave me options before taking that 25 min drive there. Then when I got there my new truck was there ready for the look over and test drive. If thats not service I dont know what is. This is my second vehicle I have bought from him wont be last. thank you more

We especially enjoyed Jacob as our salesman as he had a high knowledge of Nissan Products and Services. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and any question he did not know the answer to he made a point to follow up. more

Best vehicle purchase experience I've had 6/24/2010

I immediately felt comfortable with my salesman. (Jesse). He was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy that day. I purchased my Xterra during my first visit to the dealership. This was probably the best vehicle purchase experience I've had. more

Very happy that I went to Planet Nissan 6/23/2010

I liked that Luis was pleasant and respectful and listened to me. I had originally shopped at Desert Nissan and left there very dissatisfied. The salesman and sales manager at Desert were condescending, rude and even lied to me. I went to Planet Nissan at a friend's suggestion and was very happy that I did. more

A Great Experience 6/22/2010

I had a great experience. Mike the internet manager was a delight and sealed the deal with 3 yrs free maintance and 6 months gas which is a big help in the times we are having with the economy. Sal was also very helpful and I will refer people all the time due to my experience more

I went to planet nissan to buy a car and everyone there was very helpful. I had a question about the warranty on the vehicle and instead of the finance guy trying to sell me an extended warranty he just answered my questions and I left feeling great about he car deal. I would reccomend planet nissan to everyone.? more

I would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommadting. The salesman answerd my question and knew what he has talking about (unlike any other of the sales people i had).When my lease is up I will get another car from Planet Nissan!? more

I highly recommend Planet Nissan 6/11/2010

I was looking for a car for my wife, she was interested in an Altima. Everything went very smooth - and I was impressed with the "no pressure" style Jesse handled us with (abnormal for a dealership). In fact, I went back the next week and purchased a used F150 I saw there during our 1st purchase. I needed a new work truck and they had a great selection. My sister and brother-in-law are buying a Sentra from Jesse because of the great customer service. I saved a lot of money compared to the prices at the ford dealers. I would buy there again. I read some other ratings on the dealership. It seems like the few upset customer commented... I had such a great one - I thought Id share. I highly recommend Planet Nissan. more

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Planet Nissan since 2004. 5 star service every time. Service department needs a little help but for overall sales experience is 5 stars all the way. All the bad reviewers---- learn how to buy a car and do your home work before wasting a salesmans time. more

I called Planet Nissan regarding a lease they were running and wanted to get some more information. The lady who answered the phone gave me the numbers I was looking for so I made an appointment. When I got there the numbers were the same and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Great experience..... more

i called in to get some numbers on a vehicle i saw on the internet...... the sales professional went and checked on the car before i came down....had the car already pulled up, the car was clean (which was not the case at the last two dealers i went to) and the negotiations were exactly like we had talked about. more
