Happy Customer 2/18/2011

No pressure attitude for making the deal. It was actually a fun and easy exprience. My sister and I had a great time and laughed our heads off. My salesman went out of his way for me and was patient. My finance guy was a hoot and worked hard to get me the best financing. An unhappy customer will tell 25 people, a happy customer will tell 5, I plan to top that!!!! Thanks more

Salesman was excellent I did not come to the dealer to buy I new car I just came in to explore my options because my lease was up. The salesman helped me explore my options when I told him I would like to keep the car or get a new one just like it the salesman asked me my needs and concerns! more

Robert and Cliff were excellent in the whole process. They are truly exceptional in customer service and interacting with people. Even after, when I went to pick up my green slip (DRS) Robert greeted me by name and was genuine in his greeting and customer service.I have already recommended them to others. Very pleasant. more

I enjoyed my experience with Planet Nissan. My sales rep Cameron and my finance guy Cliff were very helpful and made the process easy to understand and got it done it a professional and timely manner. I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle when I got to the dealership, but the Rogue won my attention immidiately! Thank you guys for doing a great job with helping me! more

Not typical 1/8/2011

I loved my buying experience at Planet! I called and told them the exact vehicle I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay, and they got it done. No back and forth BS, straight to buisness. They even brought the vehicle and paperwork to me, I didnt even have to come into the dealer. Then they exceeded my expectations, the next day my salesman called me to make sure I was comfortable with all the buttons and controld on my new car. Not your typical dealership, highly recommend. more

One day at Planet Nissan I met Jesse Quintero while there for service & had good feelings about him. I have never had such a great experience while purchasing a car. Everythiing I expect when spending that amount of money was met. They made it very simple and easy to buy a car, they did an outstanding job! The best car buying experience I have had. I was not pressured and the financials were handled professionally and no one tried to sell me anything/package I did not want. That was extremey important for me. Previously, I only bought VW, now we are apart of the Planet Nissan family! more

Gary was the best...! 1/4/2011

I still cannot believe I'm driving this fabulous new car. I had a very bad experience with Mitsubishi that lasted the entire summer of 2010, that ended with them telling me I did not qualify for a 2010 car or even a used car at Jim Marsh Mitsubishi. The very next day, I called Planet Nissan and by Thursday of that week.....I was given the keys to my new Cube. Gary was the best...! more

Quick and Easy 12/28/2010

The whole thing was fast, I was in and out of there within two-three hours and everythings was so easy. I was really happy with the service I received from both the sales man and the finance manager George. I never liked going to dealerships because I never had a good experiance before but this experience made it all so easy. My Salesman was very helpful right from the beginning. He approached me in the showroom but without any pressure. He LISTENED to what I explained I was looking for in a vehicle and made the perfect fit for me! The entire staff was helpful. They have super excellent service to the client, very professional that I am going to of course recommend it. more

The salesman was GREAT! Clayton Felps was not pushy at all,he was straight foward and I was in and out in 3 hours! A lot less than I was expecting. Everyone there was friendly,nice,and they were ALL smiling,especially Clayton. He's a great asset to your company! Good JOB Planet Nissan! :) more
