Felix is an excellent business man. I went to his store looking for an industrial sewing machine to take to a business I own in Arkansas, and he was incredibly helpful.
He dissected the pros and cons about why I should choose the one he sold to me -- a Juki-single needle. The price was reasonable; the service was amazing; and I also left with a cold water bottle he handed to me.
