Pianoland is a pleasure to deal with! I recently bought a baby grand and they promptly came over and tuned it for me. They were very patient with my incessant questioning. I obviously know little about pianos and they put up with me and handled it with grace. Should I purchase another one I will be bringing their tech to evaluate.
