My experience at Piaf Salon & Day Spa was incredible. Not only my pedicure service superb, but the environment was the best. I strongly recommend their services for anyone who enjoys getting their hair care, massage, nail done, etc..this is the place. more

This is a great little treasure! I literally come here every time to get my nails done. Mr. Nguyen he does a great job on my nails. Thank you so much!! The owner and staff are so friendly, and EXTREMELY professional. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the salon, as well as the tools they use. The staff is patient, and efficient. I will definitely be back many times. I almost hate to write a review because I don't want this wonderful little secret to get out. But, with a gem like this, they deserve it! more

I got the best haircut of my life from Lisette at Piaf Salon & Day Spa. She took the photo I brought in and analyzed my facial shape and structure, giving me a phenomenal new style. Since Lisette is a pro, I got a top of the line cut for a great price. more

I go to Piaf Salon & Day Spa for my facials. The estheticians are great and they seem to have a real desire to make my face look as good as possible. In other words, they care as much as I do about my face. Last week I tried a mani+pedi and the girl did an awesome job. I simply love this place. It's a hidden gem. more

I have never gotten a better massage it was so nice Donald did a great job. The staff is amazing, this was the most cleanest most professional spa I have ever seen. Everyone there was really nice I recommend this to everyone in the DC area. more

I went today to get my roots repaired, and she transformed my hair into the best (slash shiniest slash most luxurious) hair it can be. The relaxer was super gentle (not even the slightest tingle!), and her assistant/shampoo dude seriously has magic hands (he even dried my ears between rinses! It's the little things :) more

I got my haircut by Lisette. She was a really nice and she made the time at the salon enjoyable. She listened to what I said I wanted and She did not try to convince me to do anything I didn't want (like cut off more hair). The haircut I got also grew out great, which is really important to me. I wasn't disappointed and will definitely be making another appointment soon! more

Piaf takes great care of my hair, skin and body. I get the works every time I go in for a service. I definitely recommend Donald for massage, Debbie for facials and Lisette for haircuts. more

I had the greatest spa day! The staff was courteous, professional and most importantly VERY GOOD!! I had a facial, lash extensions, massage, manicure and pedicure...then got an awesome haircut! I highly recommend this place. I am scheduled to get a Japanese straightener next week with Mora and lash extension touch-up with Mai! more

I let one of my beauty school friends cut my hair, and it was a disaster. I was so sad. I called and made an appointment to get my hair fixed. I was sure that my hair was ruined from the cut. I was surprised that I loved my short bob that I got. I am now growing my hair back out, but Piaf really made me happy. Thank you. more

I went in to Piaf Salon & Day Spa recently for a girly day at the spa. A few of my good friends and I went in for manicures & pedicures along with a 60 minute massage. I couldn't be happier!! I felt so rejuvenated from their services, I seriously felt like I was on cloud 9! I thought the staff was wonderful and I'm looking forward to my next visit! more

I took advantage of the spa deal days and purchased both an hour massage and hour facial at Piaf. They were both fantastic! Ronald,my masseuse, was excellent and really broke up all the tension I held in my upper back. Then Debbie gave me my facial. She really listened to me and helped address the problems I was having with my skin. I'd been having some problems with dryness and irritation recently, but my skin has never looked or felt better! I visited Piaf today to take advantage of a spa package using my Spafinder gc. This place is a hair salon misleading people with the name spa. There is nothing luxurious or spa quality about this facility. The massage and facial was nice but the nail technician should be avoided! She talks and sings constantly, is an amateaur with limited use of products. My nails and toes were in great shape when I came in...and left with nails that were too short and shaped crooked. The manager's only solution was to tell me to come again but I will never return to this place. What a dump. You most certainly get what you pay for...and I would have been better off performing these services at home myself. more

Like most people these days I have a busy life with the rigors of work and my commitment to my family. Therefore, in those rare occasions when I am able to do something nice for myself, like get a massage, I relish it. My visit to Piaf Salon and Day Spa was the worst spa experience that I have EVER had and left me feeling worse than I did when I got there. The room was a mess and not at all relaxing; there was not the typical soft music that accompanies a massage. The only noises were the radio that could be heard from the salon and the people who were conversing loudly outside of the massage room the entire time. As if that was not enough, when I was finally able to relax a bit, another staff member of the salon knocked on the door and could be heard outside saying, "Oh no. Not again." The massage therapist opened the door to a barrage from her colleague. "I told you to tell me when you are here. I need all of my stuff." The therapist closed the door and tried to get her things for her, but a moment later the woman walks in and says, "Don't worry. I'm a girl too. I'm not looking." and proceeds to grab her things with a running narrative. "My stuff is all over the room. Hand me my magazine. I need that too. You need to tell me when you are here..." They even rolled her cosmetic cart out. On and on; you get the picture. It was impossible to relax after that. What made it even worse was the response of the manager, Lisette Attias. I asked the massage therapist if I could speak to the manager. She came back and said that she told the manager what happened and she said she was sorry. If I still wanted to talk to her I could go back to where she was sipping a beverage and chatting with other stylists in the salon. I went back to speak to her and she was entirely indifferent and said, "She didn't know you were in there." The saving graces of this establishment were the massage therapist who was trying her best to make the experience pleasant despite the horrible surroundings and the receptionist who was deeply apologetic. I will NEVER return to that place. It was awful! more

I went to Piaf for a haircut, based on its inclusion on the Washintonian magazine's list of the top salons in the city. My stylist was terrible. She didn't wash my hair before the cut and didn't even wet it - just started cutting. She took cell phone calls while cutting my hair, and even talked on the phone while actually using the scissors on my hair! I was quickly rushed out as soon as her lunch date arrived. Such rudeness would be tolerable if the haircut had turned out well, but it was choppy and uneven. more
