This place is GREAT, however I do have a complaint. I have used this grooming shop for a little while now. I have used all the groomers in there (wanted to see everyone's style and pick what one i like best) I like them all Except for the last one. I cant recall her name but she was a Blonde thin girl, very nice and it was a Sunday which was great, It did seem a little busy though. I wanted a haircut on him, and nails clipped. I was not happy when i picked him up. The girl was very nice and so was the receptionist I did not want to create a stink, so i left and here I am. I felt like I was ripped off, my dog still had hair on his butt and it looked dirty back there. He has had ear infections, so i like the hair taken out of his ear and it wasn't, i wanted the nails done most of all and they didn't even look touched. His haircut, not happy, very choppy and it was finished very quick, which i thought was odd. I' m sorry, i could go on and on, but i DO feel ripped off. I did pick a groomer in there and i'm going to make sure i use that one and not that one. Pros: null Cons: null more

I have been going here for years now. My dog loves the atmosphere and always comes home in a good mood. Where other dog walkers/groomers treat their "clients" just as a meal ticket, Johnny and Ty truly take an interest in knowing and caring for the the dogs in their care. I recommend them to everyone who cares about their pet. You really get your money?s worth on the dog walking and overnight stays. I have used other kennels prior and it takes my dog a week to forgive me when I get back to town. With Johnny and Ty she doesn't want to come home!! I highly recommend them!!! more

wonderfully caring and gentle with my skitish standard poodle. \r she has been afraid of other groomers, but she walks right in and greets the staff. They also told me when she had an ear infection so I could get it treated more

I have finally found a pet groomer where Everything is to my liking. The owners are usually there or only a phone call away. The receptionist is friendly and accommodating. But most important, my two babies are happy to go there. They always come out looking beautiful. more

I took my Shih-tzu for grooming and they did a HORRIBLE job. He was uneven and choppy. I will NOT return. I had to try and fix him myself. He was also extremely nervous and his beard was full of thick saliva. (a sign of his distress) more

I've been going to Petiquette for about two years now. I've tried other pet grooming shops in the area but I find they are lacking in either good groomers or they take two weeks to get an appointment. Petiquette always gets me in. My dog looks beautiful (which is a Bichon) and my dog is always happy coming out. I also like how I can see everything that is going on. I have been bringing my three dogs to Petiquette pet grooming for 2 years now and each time the dogs are groomed perfect.My dogs are happy and their service is great. I try-ed many shops in the area first and found a lot of shops that you could not see what they were doing with your dogs. more

My schnauzer, Butchie, is very tempormental when it comes to his grooming. I was recommended to Petiquette by one of my neighbors. I called to make an appointment, great scheduling, I had no trouble getting same day service. My Butchie was given Linda as his groomer. I explained his temperment and Linda understood. When I went to get Butchie, I was so pleased, Linda did a great schnauzer cut and style, and she told me Butchie behaved like a little gentleman. My Butchie now can't wait to go to the groomer and visit with Linda. I would highly recommend this shop for all breeds of dogs/cats. I also noticed there is a master groomer in the shop, with over 40 yrs experience. Not to bad looking either. He is single, and has a great family. I talked to him for awhile, he explained a lot about grooming and getting to know the pet. Anyway, enough about Frank. The shop is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: GREAT Customer Service, Great Groomers. Great Experience for Butchie and me. Cons: can't think of any more

I took my English Setter in for grooming. I also took in pictures as to how he should be groomed. It was a waste of time as his tail was absolutely butchered! I would not recommend this dog gromer.Petsmart did a better job on his last grooming. more

I've taken my two 14 mo. old Bichon Frise's there twice now in the past few months. The groomer is Great, and was very friendly with my dogs, both seemed to really like her from the very first. The hours are convenient, the people are nice, and the price is right, and we have tried two other grooming places, with this being the best overall. Even the shampooer did a good job, I can't believe how white they get the dogs! I highly recommend this place to everyone! more

I would NEVER take my pet here again. They do not treat pets well in my opinion and it was obvious that my dog was very nervous being there. We did not have a good experience. more

I have been taking my Springer Spaniel to this service since 2001 and it is great service - very organized. My dog happily goes in the door so I know they treat her well. more

We've used these groomers since moving to Vegas several months ago. They do a great job, treat our pets well and we've been very happy with the experience. Even with grooming cats, which isn't always the easiest, they've done a great job and we are very pleased. more

Unfortunately these people that own this company don't appreciate the business they have , nor its clients. Especially since they know don't have any competition in the area. They must feel that they don't have to give good service. They don't have don't have convent hours. They don't take walk in's. God forbid your late on your appoint time in the morning there. They wont take you, plus they will give you an excuse that they have to pay over time to its employees. We have a 2 pound dog, how much over time does it require to give a tiny mut a cut?? It obvious they don't go out of their way for their clients , at all. I can only wish someone would open a pet grooming store next to them and knock them off their high horse! May be I will! Pros: They prove that compitition is desperately needed! Cons: Their service rivals that of the worst stuck up hair salon in Beverly Hills! more

I always pet sit our reltives pets when they go out of town on vacation or business. It's fun for me, as I have no pets and really don't desire the full time job of taking care of a pet. When they are ready to come home I usually take them to get shampooed and trimmed so they look nice for the arrival of my relatives. They really appreciate this very much, if they took the pet to a kennel they would worry how their doing. This way they come home to a happy and pampered pet and all is well. One more job they don't need to tend with on their return. more
