I get my two dogs, Marley and Chewey groomed at the Louisville PetSuites. Marley is a special case and requires a lot patience. I have been very pleased with the results. Everyone is super friendly and they call my dogs by their names. They know that Marley is very nervous and takes extra attention. Even though it is over 30 minutes from my house, I take my dogs there because of the great care. more

I've been very satisfied with the PetSuites in Louisville, KY. When I began searching for a kennel for Lucky (beagle) who was a rescue dog, I was looking for something exceptional. Cleanliness and pet care are my main concerns and I would recommend PetSuites to anyone who values peace of mind! Everyone is super friendly and they call my dogs by their names. The know that Marley is very nervous and takes extra time and the staff treats him wonderfully. Petsuites - 2 paws down! 11/29/2005

I was going to leave my dogs here, but decided against it after visiting them. They are much more expensive than most kennels for half the service. It was VERY noisy and not very clean. They were only allowed to 'potty' twice a day and you were charged $5 per dog if you wanted them to go out more than that. There was nothing "suite like" about the room they were going to be left in. I was afraid they would think I had abandoned them, so I took them elsewhere. Somewhere where they would get better treatment and a better place to stay. more
