with this kind of customer service from justin in the mechanics area, this business is NOT going to last.\r

i normally wouldn't let a situation like this get to me, \r
but i just felt it was my duty to let others know .\r

i was more than satisfied with business the 1st 2 times when i came in.\r
like the last time, when one mechanic (sorry forgot his name)\r
took the time to take out thorns which deflated both tires--\r
he had recommended that i have liners installed, \r
which worked out great.\r
afterwards, i noticed the back brake was loose, which caused my back tire to squeak and slow me down.\r
so, i thought, since they were the last one's to work on it, \r
i'd have them fix it, \r
no problem, right--but not so.\r

justin gave me attitude, which was appalling, \r
considering i'm the customer. \r
\r
he said that his repairman had nothing to do with the problem,\r
insulted me by saying that i had purchased a cheap bike.\r
\r
he then tried to say that they would try to repair it for $20 \r
and that it wouldn't be ready for 1 week, \r
indicating with disdain other bike orders ahead of mine. \r
he had just said \r
that it would take 5 minutes to tighten it with one tool!!!\r
\r
absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.\r
\r
i will never go back to this business again \r
customer satisfaction should always come first.\r
