I needed to use Perfect Teeth for a root canal (regular dentist doesn't do them) and they were listed on my insurance. They were fine on the initial visit, but when it came to the actual procedure - OUCH ! I know the first shot will hurt, but the dentist did it so roughly, so fast and hard... it went downhill from there. A week after the treatment I am still in pain, they said that's normal (!?!?!) said that maybe it was from the shot - NO KIDDING! Over the weekend the pain was bad, thought maybe I needed antibiotics (which were never prescribed), so I paged the dentist as their machine says to do... three times - never returned my call. I thought perhaps I would try a different doctor that is listed on their machine, the oral surgeon... paged him, he never returned the page either ! So, I called their offices Monday morning and spoke with the receptionist and told her about me paging them, she laughed? like that was expecting too much. I asked why they have a pager if they don?t answer it, she just said sometimes they ?switch off answering calls? (what does that mean?!?) I would tell a friend to not use them.... go somewhere else.
Pros: will work with insurance company
Cons: will not answer pages, which answering machine indicates.
