Dr. Reid and his assistant did a great job putting a crown on my broken tooth. After I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. This story starts a few years ago when I made an appt with my insur. assigned to have my teeth cleaned. The day of my appt I was not feeling well, and was having an bad allergic reaction to aspartame. Lola said I needed my yearly xrays. I said I would perfer not to have them until my next vist. She became very abrupt and said I needed my doctor permission not to have xrays??? I said I was not going to the doc for the allergies, I just did not want xrays. Please just Clean my teeth. She became very rude and demanding and said she would not clean my teeth without them. Well by than I started having anxiety, my heart was racing. So I left. I went to another dentist off my insur for my cleanings for awhile until I had my tooth break. I liked Dr. Reid work on my crown and thought his assistant would also clean my teeth. I was wrong, . Well, in walked LOLA, she started in on xrays again. I told her I have had them since with another dentist and my teeth were fine. She started insisting I give her his name and phone number so she can check to see if he billed the insurance. I said he did not I paid out of pocket for them. So she said she was going to give me xrays. I said Okay. 18 xrays later she came back and said I needed periodontal work on some of my teeth,,,heres the bill.... sign it.....I asked if she was going to clean my teeth and she said no. Not until I did the peridontal in April. I said my other teeth needed cleaning and she was mean , abrupt, insulting and I felt that same anxiety shaking my body as she made me feel last time. So I left once again without a cleaning. No way I would let that woman touch my teeth now, I cant afford outofpocket but I will go to another hygenist anyway.......
Pros: Dr. Reid and his assistant are great
Cons: Lola
