Technician was competent. Pricing is CRIMINAL. 45 minutes of work with $20 in supplies. Reseal sink with silicon. Price tag was $500+. Shame on A-1 Plumbing for taking advant...

I will call A-1 again if we have problems 8/8/2011

Fred has come and gone. He was able to resolve our problems very quickly without going into a whole drain unplugging exercise that wasn't necessary. This was a very honest approach. We only required a service call which was $29.00 instead of $99. Because Fred was so honest and didn't make the issue any greater than it really was I will call A-1 again if we have problems. It's refreshing to know that you have a neighbor in the business that is honest and trustworthy - I appreciate A-1 and Fred for having this approach. more

we had absolutely great service 7/13/2011

My husband and I would like to let you know about how great of a job one of your plumbers did for us.  We started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain... This soon turned into a major plumbing adventure! From the very first time that Jeramie McCarty arrived, we had absolutely great service.  He worked into the evening getting us enough drain to make it through the night.  He was back the next day uncovering the magnitude of our sewer problem (I now know more about 1940's sewer system than most)! more

Excellent job 7/11/2011

Shon Doyle just finished doing a bunch of plumbing work in our house. Dottie and I both thing that he is a great guy. He carefully explained what needed to be done and how it all works, yeah even I understood. He did an Excellent job and when he was done he went over everything he had done. When presenting our options he didn't try and push the most expensive options. He told us where it made sense to have something done now and where we could wait. I have already contacted the office to have him be our primary technician for future work. I can sum up our impression of Shon: He is a man of integrity! more

They gave me an up-front price and explained everything. I was very impressed with how he explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand. Once the plumber started working he was quick, efficient and very clean. I would definitely use A-1 Plumbing’s services again and will recommend them to my friends and family. more
