I called Paula on a Friday evening because I forgot all of my insurance information. I left it at the house. She answered her cellphone, logged on to her computer while she was at her home, Paula was able to pull all my information up. Instead of just giving me the 800# she found me a local tow company that was an Allstate recommended and called them directly and had them pick me and the vehicle up and it all happened within 30 minutes. \r
Of course she could have just given me the Allstate 800 number and I could have waited an hour and I would have been just as happy because I would have been helped and taken care, but with Paula you are going to get something that words just can not describe.
