After many years of orthodontia in my youth, I'm not a big fan of mouth/teeth work in general. When my former dentist moved, I took my time finding a new one. So when I finally made an appointment with Dr. Lee, it had been about 2 years since my last dentist appointment (shame), and I was not looking forward to the experience.\r \r To my relief, Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is incredibly friendly and easy-going, which makes a stressful experience much more manageable. The hygienists talk through the work they are doing so you know what is going on with all those tools in your mouth. It's a lot less awkward than your typical exam and cleaning. Dr. Lee has uses top-notch technology, so it was easy for me to see and understand everything he was telling me about my teeth. I really felt like the visit was worthwhile!\r \r Friendly staff, up-to-date technology, knowledgeable dentist and hygienists - altogether a great experience. Also, I was able to schedule my next appointment before I left and received a postcard reminder closer to the date. No more good excuses for avoiding the dentist. :) more

Dr. Lee is hands down my favorite dentist I've ever been to. I lucked into finding him because my old employer's office was on the same floor as Dr. Lee. (From time to time, I put my detective hat on and asked people carrying their dentist goodie bags in the elevator about him, and they all said he was good.) After years AND YEARS of orthodontic appliances, I can thank my wonderful orthodontist for my smile, but my gums are very fragile, and I have problems with sensitivity from loss of enamel. Needless to say, going to the dentist can be pretty scary (and painful) for me. The first time I got my teeth cleaned by one of Dr. Lee's hygienists, I was amazed. The cleaning actually felt GOOD! So good in fact, that I've decided to get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year at Dr. Lee's just so I can have that squeaky clean feeling again and again. All of Dr. Lee's equipment is state of the art, and I'm always in awe of his use of the latest devices and technology. And I haven't just been there for sunshine and rainbow-filled cleanings. On my first appointment, they found FIVE cavities. I was pretty sad and embarrassed, but I'd been without dental insurance for over a year, and I love candy... so I knew it would probably be bad.. Anyway, I got all five fillings done at once, and I didn't have any problems at all. (With any other dentist, I've always felt like they ground my teeth down too much after the fillings or like something just wasn't right. Not so with Dr. Lee.) I'm again without insurance, and I no longer work anywhere near Dr. Lee, but I've decided to keep up my 3 cleanings a year and in fact have one tomorrow! Yay! Here's hoping no cavities! \r Oh! I almost forgot - they know I love pink, so they always give me a pink toothbrush :) Icing on the cake! more

After I shared my grief of a life-time of bad dental experiences, my co-worker recommended to me Dr. Paul Lee. I have now visited Dr. Paul Lee four times, he and his staff very clearly stride to create a comfortable and pleasant visit for each of their patients.\r \r His hygienists are wonderful people to be around and rather than leaving you in the dark about what they're doing in your mouth, they keep you informed and on the same page as them which makes everything less frightening and you not feeling like an animal at the vet. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and are completely on top of simplifying your insurance and future appointments so you have minimal paperwork to deal with. They are very respectful of my time as my waits has been less than 5 minutes every time.\r \r I have recommended at least a dozen people and all have reported positive visits so my case is not unique. Dr. Lee's office is great. The staff is so nice, the facilities are top notch, and there is even designated parking for his patients in the garage right by the back entrance. I love the convenience of its location since I'm not too far from the Galleria-area. I have never had to wait long for my appointments either. I really can't find anything to complain about! more

Dr. Lee and his staff are a caring team. Although I was not a patient at the time, they provided emergency care. I had a toothache and discovered it was caused by cavities and an abcess under my old bridge. They stayed 3 ½ hours during what would have been their afternoon off in order to relieve my pain with a root canal and cavity repair. Needless to say, I am now a patient. more

Great dentist! Dr. Lee is very friendly and explained everything that was going on. The hygienist and dental assistant were really nice too and I was seen immediately, no waiting around!\r \r The receptionist staff are very efficient so the check in process was smooth and fast even though I was a new patient. \r \r The waiting room is great - lots of magazines, water, coffee and a large TV. I like that there are TVs in the examination rooms too so that you have something to watch/listen to - made the whole process go by much faster. \r \r All in all, great service - I highly recommend this dentist :D more

Dr Lee and his staff are amazing! The office is located at St.James Place which is up the street from the Galleria, and up the street from my house which is super convenient. They also send out reminders via text which makes it easy for me to save on my phone, which is never to far from me. Always accomodating and the best teeth cleaning ever! You won't ever leave upset, in fact you will only leave laughing and not even from the meds. Most of my family goes to Dr. Lee's office and let me tell you I will get the rest in. He is a perfectionist with a sense of humor. And his staff is always laughing and smiling. I came in with a bunch of work to be done and now my teeth are looking better than ever. Don't put off going to see them, just go. I hate going to the dentist, but I seem to always leave happy and laughing also. more

Honestly, I hate the dentist, always have. Of course as you grow older you realize how important taking care of your teeth is. Recently had a tooth that was KILLING me, and I had to scrable to find a dentist which can be pretty scary. I got with my insurance company, and located one close to my office. I was able to call them the same morning, they told me if it was hurting that bad to come on it, they would make it work. I appreciated this so much because not only did I get my problem taken care of, the service of the staff, along with Dr. Lee was awesome. I was able to watch Good morning America and take my mind off the pain, and it made things a lot easier. I don't think I will ever go to another dentist again, and would definately recommend him to others! more
