Do not go here. I have been to Patsy Lou twice for a shaking steering wheel upon using breaks. Upon the first visit, I requested 4 new rotors and new breaks. After leaving the first visit, my car continued to shake. I was and am a full time student and was working full time at that time. In addition, Patsy Lou is an hour commute from where I was living at that time. After 9 months when I finally had a chance to return my car for the same problem, it was discovered that only 2 new rotors had been put on my car. Finally, after being at Patsy Lou twice I thought my problem was solved. It was not. I know nothing about cars so I then I thought the problem had nothing to do with brakes/rotors to start with. Since that time I have replaced tires, had front end alignments and had my vehicle driven to diagnose it. It was not until 2.5 years later when I had my second brake job done somewhere else did they discover those second new rotors that were put on my car where the wrong rotors for a Pontiac G6! They were 40 mm too large and destroyed my brand new brakes weeks after I had left the second time. I called Patsy Lou to resolve this. At this point, they are never touching my car again and I only requested a refund for the 2 wrong rotors and the 2 brakes that were destroyed. After being laughed at and told I was not going to get a refund, I have decided to never go there for the terrible service and customer service again. I was accused of putting on different rotors and was told there is no way for me to prove that they sold this product to me. Apparently they do not track any parts with numbers/receipts so good luck proving they put wrong parts on your car. They will just accuse you of putting the wrong part on yourself. The only good reviews they have are on their own website. Funny I wasn't allowed to tell people how their actual service is. more

My chevy truck had an engine light that was coming on and my local mechanic couldn't make it stay off. Patsy Lou found in pretty fast. They only had my truck one night and said a sensor was bad, that a lot of them have that problem. They got it fixed and it hasn't come on again. I just wish they could keep this truck from rusting so bad! more

The service I receive from Patsy Lou was horrible. I had some work done that was necessary for me to use a dealer or else I would have use my own mechanic. They had my car for almost 2 months because they could not find parts charged me $2,500 and the parts only cost $500 and the rest was labor I suppose. Only to get my car back and Cruise didn't work and my service engine soon light was on. I brought my car back in and was told I need to replace two parts, parts that work fine before I had brought it in. I had told them over and over that nothing was wrong before I had brought it in and they completly ignored me. I was not going to pay them anymore money whether it was going to be fixed or not!!!! Tim the head service guy acts like your best friend and he is going to take care of you, makes you feel like you are good hands, BUT YOU ARE NOT! Take your vehicle anywhere but HERE!!! more

They have a huge selection of cars. My only issue is that they took advantage of my 88 year old grandparents doing things and eventually replacing their battery. With alot of griping from us they did return $100. They charge $225Not a good place for elderly people. more

My experience at Patsy Lou was truly exceptional. I took my truck in to get it repaired, and they treated me like one of their platnum customers, even though I had actually purchased my car from another dealership. The mechanics at Patsy Lou were fast, friendly, and efficient. The waiting area was one of the best that I have ever been in. They had coffee, hot chocolate and cappachino to drink along with a huge assortment of Krispy Kreme donuts! I enjoyed my experience there so much that I almost wanted to break my car again so that I could return!!!! more

There are two things to mention about them. One their repair is really great and they really know what they are doing. Working on one of the largest dealerships in the country you can rest assurede that they know what they are doing, and they do and their friendly too ! Second however the prices are really high. If your GM car is under warranty definitely bring it here, you will be guaranteed to get the best service but if you are going to be paying out of pocket it really isnt worth the money try shopping around. PROS: Great service, and friendly too ! CONS: Pricing very, very high ! Although worth it. more
