No Maintenance, the ""maintenance"" man has a habit of entering apt when you are not home and then not knowing anything about items that are missing after he leaves. Numerous fires, thefts,vehicles broken into, etc. Management accepts no responsibility at all - collects rent once a month and then unavailable. Terrible lighting, high crime rate - drg pushers paradise. Pros: You can get away with anything Cons: Very easy to get robbed more

this place is nothing but a magicians act....... they act like there is no trouble here but a few things i have to tell ya is....1. there is no security on property they have a courtesy officer only that means if its noisy they come tell you to turn down the noise level... so that means the last 4 robbery's on property they have no part in stopping it plus would help to fix all the parkinglot lights...2. if you have a alarm on your car you might be alright here if not you stuff will be broke into ( i had my car broke into 4 times since i have lived here) ....3. maintenance is a joke here they come to fix it and within a day its broken again ........ 4 when you appraoch the office staff about any issue they pass it off like there isnt a issue....5. there is only 1 pool on property and all of the neighborhood swims in it so it gets really dirty because there no parents supervising them so they urinate in the pool and throw trash into it.....6. there is no weight room like the guide says...................... that is about all you need to know to run away from this place.... oh yeah there was a driveby on a apartment last month almost shot a neighbors dog in the process ( these are only a few things that has happened ) if you wanna know more ask around here to the residents a few will say some more of the true stuff that goes on around here.... If you like living in Da HOOD, then this place is for you. If not, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.\r \r There are constantly cars being broken into, people busting windows on vehicles, even some apartments have been broken into. The response from Management is ""well, we didn't actually see it, so there's really nothing we can do"".\r \r MOST of the windows won?t stay up and/or are missing screens, etc.\r \r If you like roachBUGS, then this place is for you as well. I would highly recommend you DEBUG it yourself BEFORE moving in.\r \r The outside lighting is HORRIBLE, as more than half the time there is NONE. Many of the stairwells are unlit. When you fall down the stairs because you cannot see, instead of fixing the lights they will joke about ""not suing"".\r \r There was a fire in one of the buildings in April of 2007 and it took literally FIVE MONTHS before they got any type of outside lighting working for the tenants who remained, and that lighting is still very poor. It was nearly 11 months until they put in a new laundry room and a year later there is STILL NO ELEVATOR. But in that time they did paint the stairs and railings. How nice, that's what those tenants needed, some fresh paint.\r \r There are parking garages in a couple of the buildings. If you are wanting a garage (and one is available), be forewarned that they LEAK whenever it rains, they are supposed to be LIT, but many times they are not, and there has been NUMEROUS vehicles broken into while garaged.\r \r You will have to squeeze around improperly parked vehicles when going to and from your own vehicle and trying to carry children, groceries, etc.\r \r Maintenance and Management there is an absolute joke.\r \r I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place, especially if you have young children, as the pedophile rate in this area is VERY, VERY HIGH as well. Cons: Very high crime and theft, very lousy lighting, management doesn't seem to care more
