I do not understand people's love affair with PF Chang's. Aside from the fact that there is always a huge wait...you can get much better Chinese food from a hole in the wall, yet authentic, Chinese place. Ethnic food is rarely great when served in chain form (Mexican is somewhat of an exception), and PF Chang's proves that. It is not horrible, it is just lacking in flavor and is less interesting when compared with your tasty neighborhood carryout. more
