Knowledgeable and experienced DUI attorneys 3/25/2015

I got a DUI on the way home from a party last year. It was stupid mistake. I started doing some research on the internet and found Owens and Perkins. I am hesitant to find companies on the internet, but I didn't want to tell anyone what happened. I called the firm and they got me right in. I got all of my questions answered and I retained right away. It was a long unpleasant process, but having knowledgeable attorneys representing me was key. I don't ever expect to need these service again, but if you find yourself facing a DUI, I highly recommend Owens and Perkins. more

Bull-Dug Determination 2/24/2015

In the years since I first retained Owens & Perkins, I have received such loyal service that I've felt like part of their family. They have gone beyond my wildest expectations in their service. They have not only shown professionalism but exhibited bull-dog determination like a hockey mom. Their kindness and honesty during some of the hardest times I've faced in my life have been a strength for me and our continuing relationship is a blessing. Great job with my divorce 1/20/2015

I hired Owens & Perkins to represent me in my divorce. While an unpleasant process, they did a great job. I couldn't have asked for more from a law firm. The firm of Owens and Perkins has been a house hold name for our family for 3 generations. Our parents trusted them as we do and so does our son. When it come to legal matters they have assisted us in many ways, always honest and forthright. We believe when choosing legal counsel for such important matters that it matters to choose the best. Recommend Without Hesitation 10/16/2014

I was going through some rough Family Court issues with my ex and needed some legal representation. I went to a couple of consultations but no one seemed concerned about my case. Then I came across Owens & Perkins. The staff was so courteous and professional. I felt like they really cared about my case and took it to heart. Within a couple of months my case was resolved. About six months later my ex once again served me with paperwork, Without hesitation I called Owens & Perkins. I knew that I would get the representation I deserved! more

Experienced DUI lawyers that care 8/25/2014

When I got my DUI, I had no idea what to do. I was concerned about my career and my family. Lucky for me, a friend referred me to Owens and Perkins. You guys are the best!!! 4/11/2014

I have been a client of Owens and Perkins for more than 20 years. I call them whenever I have a legal question. Recently, my soon to be daughter in law received an inheritance and there were some issues with her family and the amount she was to receive. I had her go to Owens and Perkins to get things clarified. The advice she received will ultimately save her inheritance for herself, rather then spending it all on legal fees. Thank you so much for being so honest and straightforward. I can't tell you the relief it is to have a legal team you can trust. You guys are the best!!! more

Honest, Thorough and Professional 3/3/2014

Before I found the Owens & Perkins firm, I had the unsettling experience of reminding my attorney of important facts before key meetings and hearings. It felt like I was "catching them up" on details that should have been considered when preparing their arguments. I felt they were unprepared to properly represent me. To the contrary, I have found Owens & Perkins to be honest, thorough and professional. Most importantly, however, I have found them to be effective. I have never had the feeling that they had "glossed over" something important that I've had to remind them of later. more

I now go to Owens & Perkins for all my legal matters. Having to deal with legal matters is never pleasant. Legal issues can be nerve racking, frustrating and time consuming. I was fortunate enough to find Owens and Perkins who subsequently made the whole matter a lot easier to get through. Their concern, professionalism and subject matter knowledge impressed me the very first time I met with them. I now go to Owens and Perkins for all my legal matters, big and small. We recently has a Trust created by Owens & Perkins. They drew up the Trust, both Wills, 2 Deeds and Medical Directives. During the process, Owens & Perkins was very professional and patient with us. The attorneys offered innovative solutions and answered all of our questions. They made this a much less painful procedure and we enjoyed working with the attorneys at Owens & Perkins. I came to Owens & Perkins after having had a bad experience with a lawyer who was not giving prompt and professional attention to my divorce case. At Owens & Perkins, I was extremely fortunate to have an attorney assigned to me that was very experienced in all of the issues, and provided me with very good practical advice. Most important to me, however, was the dedication to maintaining very close contact with me. This made me feel not only that I was being heard, but also, that he was on top of the tasks that needed to be done. His paralegal was also very fast and efficient with getting the documents to me and processing them. Immediately made me feel comfortable 12/12/2013

During the course of the initial meeting, Michelle Perkins verbally led me through the entire dissolution process, asking pertinent questions of me and in turn answering any questions I posed of her all the while making me feel totally at ease. The assigned paralegal to my case was extremely helpful and patient in answering the numerous questions I bombarded her with. My paperwork was prepared timely, efficiently and most importantly accurately and once submitted to court, my Consent Decree and QDRO were signed by the judge in less than one week. more
