Very personable but very slow
I have worked with Mr. Ortiz for 8 months now. He is extremely professional and a very skilled lawyer. My one complaint is that he tends to carry a large client case load and can often times take 3-4 days to return phone calls and emails. His office staff has lost messages or passed along incorrect messages from me to Mr. Ortiz on more than 1 occasion. I definitely recommend him for your legal needs - just expect delays.
