It would be difficult to imagine a less caring, more hostile dental office than this one. Let me explain. In February of last year I took my daughter there to have her wisdom teeth removed. I provided them with the insurance information (we had two policies to cover her care) and paid the co-payment. Nine months later I received a call from a collection agency! I immediately called the dental office and was told that they had sent several letters to our home because they needed additional information and had them returned (we had moved but left a forwarding address and had been receiving all our mail to our knowledge). They demanded that we pay the balance immediately. We did so ($1625, a week before Christmas). They then billed our insurance companies and were paid. Now they are refusing to return our money! The insurance companies have verified that the payments have been made and that, in fact, no additional information was ever requested from them as the dental office had stated to us. To top it off, the insurance biller at this office insists that she has not received any info from the insurance companies even though there is documented calls that they have from her where this case was discussed in detail. When I confronted her with this information, she put the doctor on the phone. He proceeded to YELL at me and told me not to call his office again!!! He has our money and the insurance company's money and he's refusing to talk to us!!! This guy is horrible and his office staff is the most unprofessional, rude and downright cruel people I have ever dealt with.
Pros: none whatsoever
Cons: most unprofessional staff imaginable!
