Citifiancial is the worst place to get loans, they hide costs and interest rates so that you get screwed in the end. They prey on people with bad credit and will not give u an option to refiance. We had a truck repoed after 3 attemps to refinance it so we could afford it, they said we owed 12, 000 for a payoff they repoed it after 3 days of giving us the payoff amount. So we called back now they say payoff is 13800 and the extra is interest even if we just pay it off we take penelty just for paying it off of almost 2000. Plus have to pay an extra 4500 to get it out of impound. Citifiancial is a very nasty place to deal with and they truly dont give a shit about anyone. stay away from this loan company there are for more better ones out there.
