North Portland Yoga is a wonderful place to practice yoga. All the teachers there are caring and very skilled at what they do. As soon as you walk into the big open studio you can feel the calm. Doing Yoga here has transformed my body and my life. I can't recommend it enough. more

This Anusara studio is beautiful, friendly, and focused on the students. Definitely a different world than the commercially focused, scripted yoga classes found in some spots. The people are great, you get lots of individual attention, and the classes range from a martial arts type yoga, to vinyasa, to Yin, to advanced practice, to a basics for beginners. They even hold Dance Dance Party Party sessions on Fridays. Please support this studio! more

Tucked in this unlikely corner of North Portland, this Anusara studio is aesthetically and energetically beautiful. The owners and other teachers take care of members like family and tailor classes to individual needs and requests. Each teacher brings something unique and different, which makes for a fun, well-rounded, and challenging week. The studio also offers occasional workshops with visiting teachers.
