I took my 6 year old car to the dealer for air conditioning repair. Quote $1600. Two other shops also told me I needed a compressor and other parts. I called Norgards on the advise of my friend. They explained to me that most newer cars will run out of refrigerant at about this age. He advise me not to replace the compressor and he would check it for free. $123.00. Two years ago and it is still ice cold. Thanks Norgards. Finally an honest mechanic. more

Excellent 7/20/2009

Able to locate very complated issues quickly. Dealer wanted $4,000.00 to replace all wiring in engine copmpatment. Norgards found the problem inside the loom and repaired it for $270.00. more

not impressed 5/7/2009

i've been to these guys a few times, but i've never been impressed. twice i had to take my car back because they didn't get it fixed the first time. and it always seems to cost a lot, regardless of what's being done. they have never struck me as being organized. nice enough guys, but i would look elsewhere for car repairs. more
