New Glarus Brewing Company makes the best beers I have ever had. Every beer they make is high quality. If your taste is for lighter beers, the Spotted Cow is a classic. It can be found on tap at many local bars in Wisconsin. If you have more of a sweet tooth, the Wisconsin Belgian Red is really just a masterpiece in a bottle. It comes in more of a wine-bottle, and there is a pound of cherries in every one! It is really decadent. More of a dessert beer, if there is such a thing. They don't distribute out of state in order to keep up with the in-state demand for the beer. If you are ever in Wisconsin and come across New Glarus beer, have a taste and you won't be disappointed.
