Netbank

This was my first experience with an internet bank and it’s certainly my last! Deposit time is horribly slow – the deposit would hit my account about 1 week and 1 day after I sent it off. It was difficult for me to use the free UPS overnight envelopes because going to the UPS store to drop them off was out of the way for me. The final straw was when they told me that once I changed my maiden name to my married name, I could no longer cash checks with my maiden name – do they NOT realize that people get married and sometimes still need to cash checks made out to their maiden name? Yet, if I didn’t change my account to my new name, my payroll check would bounce because the name on the check and the name on the account didn’t match. I couldn’t win with Netbank, so I went to my local brick & mortar credit union and started an account. more

This bank is more shady than the dark side of the moon. They are liars. Take my word because they have almost ruined my life. I put my whole life savings into there money market fund to gain from there advertised interests. I didn't make money at all, I actually lost bunch, but the worst thing was they held my money for 4 months. There CSR are very rude. Avoid at all costs. more
