Overpriced But Good Service! 5/3/2017

I recently used Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating for the first time. They installed two pop ups in my sinks. I was also having low pressure and I asked if the could put in a PRV to increase the pressure. The technician said yes, but they told me it would be $971. When I talked to another company, they said they could do it for only $265. So, I think they tend to be really overpriced. The pop ups they did were a little overpriced, but it wasn't bad. But, the service was great! They were on time and the technician was really friendly. He worked efficiently! more

Neerings was quick to come to our house on a holiday, two other plumbing companies didn't even respond to my calls. 4/25/2017

They found the leak, repaired it and we had our water back on all within a half hour of their arrival. The only problem I've had with Neerings is getting the plumber who came to our house to get me a statement as to the cause of the leak. We needed it for our insurance company and I called Neerings twice, my husband called them once and we finally gave up because we were told it would definitely be taken care of and sent to us, but to this day we haven't received a call or a statement. more

Courteous and Professional 4/24/2017

The people at Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Heating were courteous and professional. I called them out for a furnace inspection and to look at my air conditioning system. The price was good. This was my first time working with them but I will go back. more

Customer Service Was Fantastic 4/17/2017

Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Heating replaced some piping behind my kitchen sink. Their customer service was fantastic. The efficiency with which a plumber was sent out, assessed what needed to happen, and got the job done, was phenomenal. The price was good, seemed like it was pretty fair. I like that they didn't charge to give me a quote or just to look at the damage. This was my first time using Neerings but I would probably use them again. more

Efficient Work! 4/6/2017

I recently hired Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Heating because they did a good job on some repairs in the past. This time they did some work replacing my garbage disposal and water softener and did an excellent job; everything functions perfectly. They are very nice people to work with and are friendly, easy to communicate with, and clean! I also appreciated that that get done exactly what they say they will. I would recommend them! more

We are a large apartment complex and have used Neerings for over 10 years. From Major plumbing, Gas lines, to water main repairs under the street, They have always been on time and had the repairs done when they say they will at the price quoted. I Highly recommend them to anyone. more

My experience with Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating was good. They serviced the water softener, and they reset it and checked it, giving it the once-over, and it is fine. That was the first time I used Neerings, and I liked the knowledge of their technician. more

Friendly and Efficient Work 3/6/2017

We had Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating review our electrical as part of service plan. They delivered friendly and efficient work and they were easy to communicate with. It was also nice since the service was free, since it came bundled with our plan. There was nothing in particular to note about the service, but it was all around very good work. more

I will call them again if I need them 1/26/2017

Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating fixes the AC every year. If I have a problem, they come. In the winter they fix the heating, and they fix the AC in the summer. It's all good now, and we like them. Everything is OK and working fine. more

Thank you for checking our new furnace in the middle of a snow storm. The burning odor turned out to be something else. Thank you for the immediate response! 1/26/2017

We smelled a burning odor that was quite pronounced which seemed to come from our 4 month old furnace. The tech person examined all points of the furnace and found nothing. He said it must be an external source of burning. The smell occurred two nights in a row but we have not smelled the odor since. Thank you for coming so quickly and giving a thorough examination. water damage 1/13/2017

We had Neerings Plumbing come and fix a leak in our toilet the beginning of October 2016. We paid almost $800 for the leak to be fixed. By the beginning of December of 2016 we had a disaster cleanup company out to clean up the same bathroom because the toilet had leaked for two months and mold was growing under the vinyl floor. The damaged extended into the hallway as well. Neerings insurance has denied the claim because they said they could not prove that the leak was caused by Neerings which is laughable because they never even examined the toilet. Here it is January 13, 2017 and we still have no bathroom. Instead of accepting responsibility Neerings pointed to the fine print in their invoice that, in their view, absolves them of any responsibility. So far we've had to shell out $1800 to fix the damage.There are many many plumbing companies to choose from. Save time and your hard earned money. Choose another company. more

Not a satisfied customer. 1/9/2017

I had 2 water heaters that I needed replaced. I called Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating to do just that. They talked me out of getting 2 more of the same water heaters that I had and talked me into one fast recovery water heater instead. They said this new one would be just as fast as the 2 I had. Well, it didn't work out that way. After about a week they had to come out because it was already giving me problems. It became extremely costly for this new water heater and now the water doesn't get as hot as I would like it. They really need to listen to their customers and what they want. The guys were very nice and all but they weren't willing to just give me what I asked for. So, after spending $7000, I still don't have what I wanted. They should have just given me what I originally asked for, 2 of the same water heaters I had before. I think they should be more accommodating instead of pushing products onto the customers that they really didn't want. more
