It is undoubtably one of the most fascinating places to visit in Houston. Make sure you have at least 2 hrs to spend. Well worth it! Pros: Many unique items

Interesting Museum. 8/20/2005

I've never knew you can learn so much at a museum. Here at the funeral Museum they have a display of modern day caskets to caskets used back in the old days. They show you carts that were used back then. This place is very very interesting. The cost of ticket is very cheap so you can take your whole family. more

More than you can imagine! 8/19/2005

It was so much more than I ever would have imagined. I passed this place for years and never stopped in, not even realizing it was for the public. Finally, curiosity got the best of me and we stopped by. It had old coffins, yes, but it also had quite a bit of history I wouldn't expect to find there. A ton of info on Lincoln and other presidents murdered in office. I spent all afternoon and still hadn't seen it all. They have a glass coffin and coffins shaped like planes, birds, etc. Very impressive! more
