Editorial review from Citysearch 6/16/2012

Do not even bother applying. Sales and management are incompetent. Did not have the lease ready on my move in day, a Friday. I drove 2 1/2 hours to Nashville to have them tell me this. They waited until 5pm of the day I was supposed to sign and move in to talk to my landlord. This caused me to not be able to start my new job on the following Monday. Just avoid the place. You can do better. more

PLEASE BELIEVE ME.. the savings are not worth the headache! more

the security of your residents you have no rating 10/16/2010

I have lived in this complex for two years. I thought it would be a new start. I have nothing but trouble since I have lived here. more

terrible management 10/8/2008

My problems with this complex started a month after I moved in when I needed the assistance of the maintenance. I call and report my same problem at least twice a week and 4 months later after I put in a 30 day notice then they want to finally send a maintenance person and my problem is still not solved. If you are looking for somewhere to move, PLEASE AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved in, but now this move will go down as the biggest and worst mistake in my life. No one responds to e-mails or calls. more

Horrible management and office workers 7/30/2008

The management and office workers are not that bright. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in with them. We couldnt get the lease signed on time. Once the lease was signed. We almost never got the key to the apartment. We went to get the key on the move in day. She said ill be right back. Wait outside in the summer heat until get back. My GF said all we need is the key we have signed everything. She said i need you to sign something else. It was like she wasnt listening. When she got back an hour later. She said after looking at our account. Oh all you needed was your key. Yeah!! Like we told you the first time. They also sent me a notice 4 times about signing a renters insurance agreement after i had already signed and told them on day one. I had my own renters insurance. The people in the office are dumb as a box of rocks. I would really like to see a high school diploma from any of the employees there. A college degree is out of the question for these people. Also did i add. We had to sign a release form stating that they had 2 armed robberies in the last month. A month after we moved in. We received another form stating they had 3 breaking and enterings that month too. This place is in a bad area and the staff members are idoits.. Besides that the apartments arent that bad. Pros: Close to the interstate and nashville Cons: horrible staff.. not safe for a family or kids more

apartments are not bad, BUT Management is AWFULL!! 11/14/2007

We just signed a new lease for this year, and naturally they raised the price of the rent. Note: the rent is already pretty high for the area the it is in. But they refused to give us our preferred employee discount again, stating that is was a new tenant only discount!!''! I have never heard of a company that punishes people for renewing a lease. When we complained about it, the manager we talked treated us like we were dirt and basically said that if we did not like it we did not have to sign the new lease. Which basically meant if your not happy,oh well, we don't care, you can move out and some one else will be moving into your apartment in month, so we don't really care about you. The staff are not very friendly and they never know what is going on. When we first tried to move in, we could never get a hold of anyone to sign the lease, and after we signed it it took us over two months to get someone to come to the apartment and repair the damages that were in the apartment before we moved in. You have to call about 12 times and then show up at the office and complain in order to get any maintenance work done. Even if it is semi-emergency. They shut the water off for the whole apartment complex three times this year without ever telling anyone they were going to do it. When we complained they informed us that they had no idea when the company that worked on the water pipes was going to show up to do their work so they could not tell us ahead of time when the water would be off. The is all during the time that I had a newborn in the apartment that I was trying to care for. As far as the safety thing it is in south nashville, so what do you expect, you have crime every where you live. But you would think that they would want to give the cops that live here a discount to encourage them to live here. The apartment itself is great, it is big and spacious but the staff make living at Nasboro Village Horrible!! Pros: Big aparments Cons: Bad location, horrible mean staff, maintentance never gets done more
