Excellent service, clean store 12/7/2007

When I came into the Mud Bay Granary, I was extremely impressed by the clean, orderly appearance of the store. As I began shopping, my first impression was only increased by the easy accessability of the products and the variety of pet foods that were unavailable at other stores. At the check-out, though I am a shy, withdrawn person, I was able to talk comfortably with the cashier, who was friendly and polite. I would definately give this place 5 stars! more

Great Store ! 8/9/2007

After a bad experience at another Pet Store in town, I was told by a friend about Mud Bay next to Safeway, What A nice clean store, and a real friendly staff! They actually knew what they were talking about, they helped me with selecting a better food for my dog, and my dog loves it!. I would highly recommend Mud Bay in Burien, they have a nice store, with all the right products, and they have a friendly staff that goes out of the way to help you.... I will be telling everyone at the dog park about the store. Thank you!!! Pros: Great Staff, Great Store, and dogs are allowed!!! more
