Horribly dangerous go-carts. Waste of money! Mini golf is terribly worn out. Many other family game places actually care about their appearance. My daughter was injured in the go-carts and is frightened of this place now. Would absolutely NOT recommend! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/3/2012

I'm really disappointed in our experience at Mountasia today. We bought the play passes and we were there for over 4 hours. In that time we were able to play a few games, eat pizza, ride the go-karts twice (waited forever - lines weren't that long but they only had maybe half of the carts running!), and do 9 holes at putt putt. The batting cages were closed, as were the bumper boats (and the water made me sick just looking at it). The bathrooms were disgusting also! We figured it out and we overpaid by over $40 by getting the passes and not just paying for the attractions individually. I'd read reviews online, many of which were negative but we wanted to give it a chance anyway. I'm sorry we did. After seeing their advertisements and even offering coupons for Labor Day I would have thought the place would be more together than it was. I'm pretty sure we won't be back - not with what it cost us. Feels like we got ripped off in a really big way. Tip: Give customers their money back or something to say that you care about customer service at least a little. And take pride in the place. Clean it up. more

My mother-in-law took the grandkids today, March 13th, and complained about the staff, restrooms, and food! She stated that the staff must all be required to have IQ's of 50 or lower, the restrooms were filthy, half of the games worked but didn't give tickets and the other half of the games didn't work! She said that the food was either over / under cooked. To think...I sent her to Mountasia instead of Zuma! more

We played mini golf 18holes for 6.00/each. It lasted hours, so the entertainment value was good. The course goes around a man made mountain with waterfalls everywhere. The kids loved it. The downside was that one light was out making it dark on some holes and the course needed to be swept for dirt. This place had an elaborate go kart track that went under and over, the best I have seen so far. The batting cages were softball, slow, med and fast pitch. The fast pitch was having a problem staying going, but the others were fine. The game room was very nice and seemed to be well kept. Tues special is about 20$ for unlimited rides/games, but mini golf kept us busy enough. location is in a good looking shopping district of Willowbrook Pros: go karts, golf Cons: minor tweaks more

My Kids LOVED it! 3/11/2009

When we arrived at Mountasia, my son immediately ran towards the outside. He rode the go-karts with his father and the bumper boats. My daughter enjoyed the putt-putt, since they have two courses, we couldn't help but to play both! We are sure to go back and recommend it to all of our friends. Pros: Lots of entertainment, for the whole family! Very affordable Cons: Slightly far from where I live more
