We bought our kitchen cabinets here, and will be buying our fixtures for the bath remodel as well. They have prices similar to big box stores, but way nicer stuff and excellent selection. Very helpful staff that actually spends time with you and knows what they are talking about. more

Poorest customer service,and no personal responsibility. The kid writing up our faucet ordered the wrong item. We were told it was our fault! After insulting calls from a store rep, my husband finally negotiated a change with Mr Morgan. The replacement faucet arrived: still WRONG--porcelain handle instead of chrome! AND the handle is BROKEN. Yet I'm too fearful to go back. Refused to be pay for verbal abuse and still wrong item. Have shifted my $ to WaterConcepts in Tacoma--they are angels! more

After spending over $10K I have learned my lesson 6/29/2006

I am a big believer in not going to the big box stores and supporting the local guy. I LOVE stone way hardware, they really know their stuff and don't hesitate to spend a little more at the smaller guys store. But I have to tell you, Morgan's is clueless on so many fronts. They have screwed up 5 of my last 6 orders and I have had enough. I drop 1500 on a shower enclosure, spend 35 minutes explaning all the nuances to the dimensions and it comes to me too tall, so typical. One day I called to confirm an order on some shower hardware and they told me the sales guy took the invoice home with him and they couldnt find it in the computer. Unbelievable! Total idiots. more
